Our Recruiters perform an initial candidate qualification to assess things such as current situation, skills, motivations to make a change. This helps ensure we are spending time with candidates who best match our clients’ needs.
This in-depth qualification is where we really learn about the candidate’s background, skills, aspirations, career goals – and them as a person. This helps us give them appropriate guidance and provide you with candidates who fit – both culture and skills.
When we have candidates that meet our client requirements, we always discuss the opportunities with them first; reviewing the key criteria, job responsibilities, company, etc. to make sure there is alignment and interest. We also get the candidate’s permission to submit them before ever sending their resume to a client.
We are not in the business of just sending resumes and hoping our clients see something they like. We only submit candidates that we feel are “the right fit”. Knowing our candidates and clients is what enables us to determine what “the right fit” actually is.
